Through money raised by the sale of the GX94 “Christmas Goodies” cookbook, a one-thousand-dollar donation has been made to the Yorkton Salvation Army.

Major Edith Dean has been a part of the Salvation Army for 48 years and is thankful for the generous donation.

The money will go towards Christmas Hampers and toys for those in need.

The Salvation Army has provided for 165 kids so far this holiday season.
