One of two Ontario residents wanted in connection with the theft of a semi-unit near Moosomin, has been apprehended.

21-year-old Brianna Wiebe is in custody, and will appear in Moosomin Court on Tuesday, while 32-year-old Kyle Duck is still the subject of an arrest warrant.

In September of 2022, Moosomin RCMP received a report of a stolen pickup truck towing a trailer on Highway 1.

The suspects then allegedly stole a semi-unit parked at the weigh scale, before they were arrested.
