So on April Fools this year, two people that I follow from a YouTube channel, Shayne Topp and Courtney Miller of SMOSH, announced that they were married. The thing about this is no one even knew they were dating. Ever since they started working together on the channel, almost 10 years ago, fans have hoped and even prayed for them to get together, so naturally everyone thought it was a very elaborate prank. But then more photos were posted on the 2nd, and then again today. The marriage is REAL, and I am SHOOK.

I mean, can you believe it? This is like finding out that Brooks & Dunn were not just singing together, but were also in a relationship the whole time. Shayne and Courtney, who have been making me laugh and smile for years, are actually a couple! It’s like a dream come true for so many of us fans. And the fact that they were able to keep it a secret for so long? That’s some serious dedication right there.

I am genuinely so happy for them. They are complete strangers to me really, but I still think they deserve all the love and happiness in the world, and seeing them together just makes my heart so full. It’s like watching a real-life fairytale. Who doesn’t love a good friends to lovers story?
