Hey everyone! So, I have a confession…I completely forgot to bring in the baking I made last night. I know, I know, what a rookie mistake! I stayed up late baking mini cheesecakes, and then completely forgot about them when I left for work.

I cannot believe I left them in the fridge! I was so looking forward to sharing them with everyone at the station. They turned out so tiny, cute, and delicious, too! At least everyone has something to look forward to for tomorrow, right?

I didn’t even take a picture of the recipe before I left either. I was planning to share it with all of you lovely listeners, so that you could make them at home too. I promise I’ll make it up to you next time!
