A new court date has been set for a man accused of killing an Oxbow woman.

On April 25, the body of 28-year-old Brianna Hayes was discovered at a rural location in the R.M. of Moose Mountain.

24-year-old Taylor Japp of Oxbow is charged with Second Degree Murder, and was in Carlyle Court yesterday (Wed), where he was remanded in custody, to next Wednesday.

His co-accused, 27-year-old Tyler Shaw of Gainsborough, is in custody charged with Accessory After the Fact to Murder, and he’ll appear in Weyburn on June 6.
