Winnipegosis RCMP are investigating a double homicide on the Pine Creek First Nation.

They were called to the scene at about 11:30 last (Sun) night on a report of shots fired, and they found an injured 37-year-old man, who died at the scene.

Then, at about 4:30 this (Mon) morning, Mounties found the body of a 52-year-old woman in the same area.

About an hour later, they tried to arrest a 19-year-old man, who allegedly fired shots at police, and tried to drive away on an off-road vehicle, but was arrested.
