he Yorkton Chamber of Commerce will host a Business Succession Planning Forum on June 13 at St. Mary’s Ukrainian Cultural Centre.

Juanita Polegi, the Chamber’s Executive Director, emphasized the importance of planning for business succession from the start. “As soon as you begin or take over a business, you should be thinking about how you will get out,” she said.

The forum, running from 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM, will feature financial and legal experts, as well as insights from Ventures Connect on finding buyers for Western Canadian businesses. A panel of local entrepreneurs will share their transition experiences.
