A new court date has been set for a 61-year-old woman, arrested in connection with a death in Yorkton.

On November 30, RCMP were called to a home on Sixth Avenue North to conduct a welfare check, and upon arrival, found the body of William Byblow.

Donna Spilchen is charged with Second Degree Murder.

She remains in custody for her Preliminary Hearing in Yorkton on August 27.
