New court dates have been set for two men charged following the death an Oxbow woman.

On April 25, the body of 28-year-old Brianna Hayes was discovered at a rural location in the R.M. of Moose Mountain.

24-year-old Taylor Japp of Oxbow is charged with Second Degree Murder, and was in Carlyle Court Wednesday, where he was remanded in custody to July 17.

His co-accused, 27-year-old Tyler Shaw of Gainsborough, appeared in Estevan Thursday, charged with Accessory After the Fact to Murder, and he’ll appear there again Monday.
