Another court appearance for Ochapowace F.N. man charged with Second Degree Murder

Another court appearance has been made by an Ochapowace First Nation man, charged with Second Degree Murder for a death on the reserve.

32-year-old Dustyn Allary was in Broadview Provincial Court Wednesday, where he was remanded in custody to August 21.

On April 20, Broadview RCMP were called to a home on the Ochapowace First Nation.

32-year-old Elias Still was pronounced dead at the scene.
