What an absolutely ludicrously fun weekend in Swan River at the Northwest Roundup & Exhibition! We basked in the thrill of the rodeo, cheered ourselves hoarse at the Chariot & Chuckwagon races, and were mesmerized by the fancy footwork of The RCMP Musical Ride. We couldn’t be prouder of our amazing GX94 Chuckwagon and the legendary Kelvin Hawreluik, who didn’t just show up but showed off by nabbing 2nd place in the Dash for Cash. His brother Clayton must have had an extra bowl of Wheaties, swooping in to take 1st place. And let’s not forget the next generation of champions: hats off to Kelvin’s son, Tanner, who snagged a stellar 2nd place in the junior Chariots Dash for Cash.
