A man is in custody in relation to a firearm discharge on the Ebb and Flow First Nation.
On August 2nd, around 7:20 AM, Ste Rose RCMP received a report of a male discharging a firearm on Beaulieu Road in the Ebb and Flow First Nation.
Upon arrival, Mounties, along with Police Dog Services, learned that 28-year-old Billy Roulette of Sandy Bay First Nation had pointed a shotgun at people and held a female captive against her will for five days.
Roulette was arrested and faces numerous charges, including:
Forcible Confinement
Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm
Pointing a Firearm, Discharging a Firearm while being Reckless
Possession of a Weapon for Dangerous Purposes
Disobeying Order of Court
He remains in custody.
