Another court appearance for man charged in armed robbery on Ebb & Flow First Nation

A new court date has been set for one of three people, arrested in connection with an armed robbery on the Ebb & Flow First Nation.

In the early morning hours of New Year’s Eve, Ste. Rose RCMP were called to a home on the Ebb & Flow First Nation.

Two men and two women had been assaulted, with one man taken to hospital in serious condition.

The suspects are also accused of stealing a vehicle belonging to one of the victims.

27-year-old Braden Moar of the Ebb and Flow First Nation was in Roblin Court Tuesday, where he had his matter adjourned to August 27 in Dauphin.
