Man Accused of Firing a Shot on the Ebb & Flow First Nation Appears in Court Again

A man arrested in relation to the discharge of a firearm on the Ebb and Flow First Nation, has appeared in court again.

Ste. Rose RCMP received a report of a shot fired on the evening of August 2.

Mounties say 28-year-old Billy Roulette of the Sandy Bay First Nation, allegedly pointed a shotgun at people, and held a female against her will for five days.

Roulette appeared in Dauphin Court yesterday (Thu), where he was released from custody for his next court date on October 8.
