A new court date has been set for a 61-year-old woman, arrested in connection with a death in Yorkton.

Last November, RCMP were called to a home on Sixth Avenue North to conduct a welfare check, and upon arrival, found the body of William Byblow.

Donna Spilchen is charged with Second Degree Murder.

She remains in custody for her next court appearance in Yorkton, on September 23.
