A new court date has been set for one of two men, facing kidnapping and drug trafficking charges.

On July 29, Mounties searched a business in Yorkton as part of a drug trafficking investigation.

They then searched a rural property south of the city, and located a severely injured, forcibly confined man inside a barn.

23-year-old Parteek Sandhu of Etobicoke, Ontario was in Yorkton Court today (Thu), where he was remanded in custody for a bail hearing on September 26.

His co-accused, 46-year-old Ryan Langford of Yorkton, returns to court next Wednesday.
