Trial Dates Set for Hudson Bay Man, Accused of Firearm Trafficking

A new court date has been set for a Hudson Bay man, arrested in connection with a firearm trafficking investigation.

In Hudson Bay yesterday (Thu), 56-year-old Steven Bondy had his matters adjourned for trial to next April.

RCMP raided a home in the Hudson Bay area March 6, and seized forty rifles, two handguns, about twenty more firearms in various states of disassemble, and more than 10 thousand rounds of ammunition.

They also confiscated illegal cigarettes, mint coins and gold jewelry believed to be stolen, and small amounts of cocaine and crystal meth.
