A Manitoba man arrested on the Ebb & Flow First Nation on a number of outstanding warrants, has appeared in court again.

On March 28, Ste. Rose RCMP spotted a 31-year-old Portage la Prairie man on the reserve, but when they attempted a traffic stop, the suspect wouldn’t pull over.

The vehicle was found a short distance away after it had hit the ditch on a dead-end road, and the suspect fled on foot, but he was eventually tracked down.

Jesse St. Paul faces numerous charges, and is scheduled for trial in Dauphin next January.
