Ochapowace F.N. man charged in April death on the reserve returns to court

Another court appearance has been made by an Ochapowace First Nation man charged with Second Degree Murder.

32-year-old Dustyn Allary was in Broadview last Wednesday, where he was remanded in custody to September 25.

On April 20, Broadview RCMP were called to a home on the Ochapowace First Nation.

The body of 32-year-old Elias Still of Ochapowace was found at the scene.
