Environment and Climate Change Canada recently released their list of the sunniest cities in Canada, and I couldn’t be happier with where I live. Seeing my city featured fills me with immense pride. The Canadian Prairies have truly stolen my heart, offering an unparalleled blend of natural beauty, open skies, and the friendliest communities. The weather right now is unbelievably pleasant for this time of year, and every sun-soaked day feels like a precious gift. Just walking outside, feeling the warmth on my skin, basking in the glow of endless blue skies – it’s pure bliss. While I know that winter will inevitably make its arrival, it’s such a relief and comfort to have summer’s warmth linger just a bit longer. Each extra day of sunshine seems to inject new life into the everyday routine. These extended sunlit moments make every activity, from morning coffee on the porch to evening strolls through golden fields, truly magical. The experience of watching the landscape change with the seasons is something I cherish deeply. Gotta love living on the Canadian Prairies, where the seasons are as dynamic as the people who call this place home!
