Dauphin RCMP have arrested three people in connection with the theft of a truck from Roblin.

On Thursday night, Mounties received word of the truck being stolen from the town, and heading toward Dauphin at a high rate of speed.

It was spotted at a Dauphin gas station, but the driver fled from police and a pursuit was not initiated due to public safety concerns.

The vehicle was then reported in Grandview, where it hit the ditch and the occupants fled on foot, but were arrested.

Three Roblin residents, 20-year-old Melonie Allarie and two boys, aged 17 and 15, face numerous charges.
