A well-attended provincial election Candidates Forum took place at the Gallagher Centre in Yorkton, hosted by The Yorkton Chamber of Commerce. Five political parties were represented during the event:

• David Chan: Saskatchewan Party
• Timothy Kasprick: Buffalo Party
• Valerie Brooks: Saskatchewan Green Party
• Lenore Pinder: Saskatchewan NDP
• Doug Forrester: Saskatchewan United

Key issues discussed included the need for a new hospital in Yorkton, staff shortages, affordability, and education.

Saskatchewan residents will head to the polls on October 28th.
