Ochapowace First Nation Man Appears in Court on Murder Charge

A new court date has been set for an Ochapowace First Nation man, charged with Second Degree Murder after a death on the reserve.

32-year-old Dustyn Allary had his matters heard in Broadview yesterday (Wed), where they were adjourned to October 30.

On April 20, Broadview RCMP were called to an Ochapowace residence.

32-year-old Elias Still of Ochapowace was pronounced dead at the scene.
