I’m eagerly looking forward to tonight. My son will be playing for the first time at the Centennial Arena in Swan River. I’ve been there many times watching the thrilling MJHL Swan Valley Stampeders in action. However, tonight carries a unique significance as I get to watch my own son hit the ice in a different arena. He’s inherited my enthusiasm for the game, particularly the excitement of playing and experiencing new arenas. The rink has always been a place of joy for me, filled with the energy of passionate fans and the sounds of the game.
