Punnichy Man Sentenced on Two Counts of Flight From Police

Sentencing has been handed down to a Punnichy man, who admitted to Flight From Police.

Last October, Mounties received a report of a vehicle theft in Punnichy.

They located the vehicle and tried to stop it, but the driver got away.

That same night, police received a report of a vehicle theft on the George Gordon First Nation.

The stolen vehicle was located the next morning, and after another chase, the driver was arrested.

In Wynyard Court yesterday (Tue), 39-year-old Michael McNab was sentenced to 267 days of time already served in custody.
