Swan River RCMP have provided another update in connection to Friday’s homicide in Swan River. 

Mounties initially arrested two 16 year old youth from Swan River on Sunday and charged one with second degree murder.

Today (Wed), RCMP says that the second 16 year old youth also now faces a charge of second degree murder while additionally yesterday (Tues) a 15 year old male youth was arrested and has been charged with manslaughter. 

All three suspects have been remanded into custody. 

At about 11 p.m. Friday, police responded to a report of an unresponsive man in Legion Park, in the Town of Swan River.

The 21-year-old Brandon man had obvious injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene

The victim and suspects were known to each other as this was not a random attack..
