A trial date has been set for a former education assistant at Vibank Regional School, who faces sexual exploitation charges.

39-year-old Stacey Duke, of the R.M. of Francis, will stand trial by jury in Regina Court of King’s Bench on March 3, 2025, with her next pretrial appearance there set for January 17.

In October of 2022, Indian Head RCMP received a report of inappropriate online communication between an adult female and a male student within the division.

During the investigation, a second alleged male victim within the division was identified by police.
