A fatal collision on Highway #16 near Langenburg has claimed the life of a 41-year-old woman from British Columbia.
The incident occurred around 6:30 p.m. last night, involving an SUV and a semi-truck.
Emergency Medical Services declared the SUV driver deceased at the scene.
The semi-truck driver sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to a hospital for treatment.
The Esterhazy RCMP and a Saskatchewan collision reconstructionist are investigating the incident.
Highway #16, initially closed for investigation, has since reopened.
