Jail Time For Man Arrested After Rollover Near Lemberg

A new development in the case of a Regina man, arrested following a single vehicle rollover near Lemberg.

On October 4, Melville RCMP responded to the scene of the crash, and discovered that the man was prohibited from driving.

A search of the vehicle turned up a loaded, illegally modified firearm, ammunition, a large sum of cash, 22 grams of crystal meth, drug trafficking paraphernalia, an imitation firearm, and soft body armor.

31-year-old Kevin Elliott pleaded guilty to Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking in Regina Court yesterday (Tue), where he was sentenced to 547 days in jail.
