Three Parkland region charities have received donations from money raised by sales of the GX94 Christmas Goodies Cookbooks.

Cookbooks are sold for ten dollars each in many communities, with all of the proceeds from the sales staying in each individual community.

The Swan River-based Swan Valley Food Bank will be using their one thousand dollars to help with the cost of their Christmas hampers.

The Esterhazy and Area Christmas Hampers program will use their one thousand dollars to purchase gift cards.

And Canora’s “Filling the Gap” Food Bank will use their one thousand dollar donation to purchase food for their Christmas hampers.

More donations will be made in the coming weeks.
