Three people are facing charges after a traffic stop in the town of Russell.

RCMP tell us they pulled over a vehicle with three people in it,  December 5th on Highway 16 outside of Russell.

The driver didn’t have a valid license, but a passenger did.  As the two people switched seats, the officer could clearly see drugs in the vehicle.

So all three were arrested.  

34 year old Kacey Packham and two passengers were charged with trafficking.  Packham was held in custody, but the other two were released and will make a court appearance in the coming weeks.
