It’s that time of year when the elusive “Prairie Snow Snake,” also known as the humble extension cord, makes its appearance on roads everywhere. As temperatures drop, many of us plug our vehicles in overnight to ensure a smooth start in the frosty mornings. But in our rush to get going, we sometimes forget to unplug! I had a little adventure myself, searching for my long-lost cord after years of not needing it. The triumph of finding it and successfully plugging in my vehicle was real!
