A new court date has been set for a Calder man, arrested in connection with a death in that area.
In June of last year, Mounties were called to a home in the Calder district, to conduct a wellness check on 61-year-old Bentley Bauming, and he was found dead.
The next day, 49-year-old Curtis Sokoloski was arrested in Russell, and charged with Second Degree Murder, and Committing an Indignity to a Human Body.
Sokoloski had his matters heard in Yorkton Court of King’s Bench Friday, where they were adjourned to February 28.
