I’m looking forward to a few days off to spend with my family over new years. For the last 22 years I’ve offered to work over Christmas as my family is close so we’ve always had the chance to head home for Christmas supper and give other co-workers the chance to go home for the holidays. I also really like how things slow down a bit after Christmas and that gives me a chance to relax and re charge the batteries.
