The Swan Valley Stampeders have acquired 19 year old forward Nicholas Cullen from the Winnipeg Freeze (MJHL) in exchange for 2007-born D prospect Ethan Hulme and a  player development fee.

Cullen, a Killarney MB product, has six goals, 11 assists for 17 points in 26 games for the Freeze this season. 

Hulme is currently with the Winnipeg Wild of the Manitoba Male Under-18 AAA Hockey League, and has six assists in 13 games this season.
