A man arrested in connection with a death on the Yellow Quill First Nation, has made another court appearance.
On August 18, Rose Valley RCMP received a report of an injured woman at a home on the reserve.
24-year-old Terrance Tony-Kishayinew was pronounced dead at the scene.
26-year-old Cole Smokeyday remains in custody after appearing in Rose Valley Court Wednesday, where he was committed for trial in Melfort Court of King’s Bench on three charges, including Second Degree Murder.
His first pretrial appearance there is set for February 24.
