A Dauphin man arrested in connection with an assault in the city, has admitted his guilt.
In Dauphin Provincial Court yesterday (Tue), 31-year-old Shayne Lavallee received a six month conditional sentence, to be served in the community.
Last January, Mounties were called to a Dauphin apartment building, on a report of two men fighting in a hallway.
Police say one man became aggressive when being arrested, and while being placed in cells, he assaulted and spit on officers.
