Man Charged in Dauphin Weapon and Drug Bust Enters Peace Bond

A new development in the case of one of four people, arrested following a weapon and drug bust in Dauphin.

Last February, Dauphin RCMP received a report of a woman with a handgun outside a home in the city.

The vehicle she was in, was spotted, and a search resulted in police seizing a loaded handgun, multiple knives, a hatchet-type weapon, alcohol, cocaine, and drug paraphernalia.

40-year-old Roland Klyne of The Key First Nation was in Dauphin Court yesterday (Mon). where he entered into a peace bond, and the charges against him were stayed.
