Yorkton Terriers return to win column after home ice triumph over the Notre Dame Hounds



Dustin Renas scored twice while Ethan Farrow made 31 stops as the Yorkton Terriers got back in the win column with a 4-2 victory over the visiting Notre Dame Hounds.

Tylan Henrikson and David Coyle also scored for the Terriers, while Pherson Loehndorf and Anthony Nolan replied for the Hounds.

Hounds netminder made 24 saves on 28 shots in the loss.

The Terriers will return to action on Sunday night at 6:00 PM visiting the Estevan Bruins at Affinity Place.

Elsewhere on Friday night,

Luke Dekay scored his seventh goal of the season just 53 seconds into overtime to lead the Weyburn Red Wings to a 3-2 victory over the Estevan Bruins for their fifth straight win.

Jacob Strizzi netted three goals, two assists while Kye Benoche had a four point night to help the Humboldt Broncos to a 5-2 road win over the Battlefords North Stars.
