Jack Clarke’s OT winner leads Waywayseecappo Wolverines to win over Swan Valley

STAMPEDERS 4, WOLVERINES 5 (SO)

Jack Clarke scored the game winner 1:42 into overtime to lead the Waywayseecappo Wolveines to a 5-4 victory over the Swan Valley Stampeders on Monday.

Jaxon Grosidier also netted two goals for the Wolverines who combined with a Virden loss, pulled one point back of the final playoff spot in the West division.

Adam Chipelski and Sebastian Stone chipped in with singles.

Ethan MacTavish scored twice for the Stampeders, while Landen Gulutzan and Jake Giaccobbo also hit the scoresheet.

The Stampeders and Wolverines will meet once again on Friday night this time at the Centennial Arena in Swan River.
