A man arrested in connection with a death on the Yellow Quill First Nation, has appeared in court again.
Last August, Rose Valley RCMP received a report of an injured woman at a home on the reserve.
24-year-old Terrance Tony-Kishayinew was pronounced dead at the scene.
26-year-old Cole Smokeyday was in Melfort Court of King’s Bench yesterday (Mon) on three charges, including Second Degree Murder.
He was remanded in custody to March 31.
