Another Court Appearance for Man Charged with Ochapowace First Nation Murder

A new court date has been set for an Ochapowace First Nation man, charged with Second Degree Murder, after a death on the reserve.

32-year-old Dustyn Allary was in Broadview Provincial Court yesterday (Wed), where he was remanded in custody to next Wednesday.

Last April, Broadview RCMP were called to an Ochapowace residence on a report of an injured man.

32-year-old Elias Still of Ochapowace, was pronounced dead at the scene.
