Judge Adjourns Trial Decision for Russell Man, Accused of Uttering Threats

A trial has been held for a Russell man, accused of making online threats.

45-year-old Michael Man was in Russell Provincial Court yesterday (Wed), where the judge adjourned his decision to April 23.

In January of 2023, Russell RCMP were advised of a man making threats on a social media account, towards law enforcement personnel, government officials, and medical professionals.

Mounties attended the suspect’s home, where he allegedly resisted arrest, before being taken into custody.
