New Court Dates for Two People Charged in Virden Drug and Weapon Bust

Two of three people arrested in connection with a drug and weapon seizure in Virden, have appeared in court again.

31-year-old Katherine Tomms was in Virden Provincial Court Friday, where her matters were adjourned until April 25.

38-year-old Bryon Gardner was also in Virden Provincial Court Friday, where he had his matters set over to May 2.

On January 28, Virden RCMP were called to a home in the town to assist Animal Control officers.

Once inside, police say they found baggies of suspected drugs and drug-related items, homemade weapons, and knives.
