A Yorkton man facing numerous charges following his arrest near Carlyle, has appeared in court again.
In Carlyle Provincial Court yesterday (Wed), 26-year-old Austin Ross was remanded in custody to May 14.
On March 6, Mounties observed a speeding vehicle, pulled it over, and conducted roadside tests, which confirmed the driver had allegedly consumed both cannabis and cocaine before driving.
A search of the vehicle uncovered a loaded handgun, 133 grams of crack cocaine, 23 grams of illicit cannabis, pocket knives, and drug trafficking paraphernalia.
Ross faces more than 20 charges, including assaulting a police officer.
