Yorkton Terriers drop neutral site game in Wadena on Tueaday to Nipawin

The Yorkton Terriers dropped their 7th straight game on Tuesday night after falling 3-2 to the Nipawin Hawks in a neutral site game in Wadena.

Cade Kennedy opened the scoring for the Terriers in the first before the Hawks rattled off 3 straight goals including two from Braxton Buckberger and a single from Carson Dobson to grab a two goal lead.

Pavel McKenzie netted his 8th of the season in the third period but that’s as close as the Terriers would get.

The Terriers’ return to action on Saturday night hosting the Melfort Mustangs, while the Hawks go right back at it tonight (Wed) visiting the Melville Millionaires at the HCUC starting at 7:00PM.
