Saskatchewan Sending Firefighting Help to Australia

Two Saskatchewan wildfire managers are among a group of 21 fire management staff heading to Australia, as that country battles massive bush fires.
Canadian fire management staff will be filling operational, planning and aviation roles for 38 days.
This is the first time Canadian firefighters are being deployed to Australia under the Exchange of Wild Land Fire Management Resources agreement.
Canada has called on Australian firefighters four times since 2015.
