A new court date has been set for a Kawacatoose First Nation man, arrested in connection with a death on the reserve last November.33-year-old Eric Favel is charged with Second Degree Murder in the death of Thomas Dustyhorn, and appeared in Punnichy yesterday, where he was remanded in custody to July 5th.

A first court appearance has been made a George Gordon First Nation man, accused of causing a fatal vehicle-pedestrian collision on April 3rd. 22-year-old Ty Hunter appeared in Punnichy, where his matter was adjourned to next Tuesday.

And Two Kawacatoose First Nation men remain in custody after making court appearances, on charges stemming from an alleged assault on the reserve last month. 20-year-old Talon Worme returns to Punnichy Court on July 5th, while 28-year-old Jesse Worme will be back on July 12th.
