Man Found Not Guilty of Pukatawagan Homicide

A man charged in connection with a February 2018 death in Pukatawagan, is off the hook.

On February 2nd, 2018, RCMP were called to a home in that community, where they found the victim unresponsive.
The 32-year-old man, whose name hasn’t been released, was taken to hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
33-year-old Donovan Castel’s trial wrapped up last Wednesday (11th), in The Pas Provincial Court, with the judge acquitting him of the Manslaughter charge.
