Tomorrow sees the start of phase 3 of Saskatchewan’s COVID-19 reopening plan take effect, with all public health orders, including mandatory masking, being removed. The province says individual businesses or facilities will be allowed to implement their own masking policy.  Limits on gathering sizes will be dropped, and long term and personal care homes may allow an unlimited number of visitors, although mask use will be continue to be strongly urged.
